Complimentary Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers

Complimentary airport transfers are offered from Sunday, September 1st, to Thursday, September 5th.

Enjoy a complimentary transfer from Phuket Domestic and International Airports to the Marriott Merlin Beach hotel for arrivals within the indicated dates.

Upon clearing immigration and customs, locate event staff holding up the conference sign in the arrival hall.

Inform them of your conference attendance and follow their guidance for the transfer service.

Airport Transfers

On Thursday, September 5th, complimentary airport transfers from the Marriott Merlin Beach to Phuket International and Domestic airports will be available throughout the day. The travel time to the airport is approximately 90 minutes.

For domestic flights: Transfers will depart 3.5 hours before your flight (includes 90 minutes travel time).

For international flights: Transfers will depart 4.5 hours before your flight (includes 90 minutes travel time).

Please proceed to the hotel lobby, where our event staff will be on hand to assist with your transfer.

Will Internet access be provided?

Yes, while you are on the hotel premises, you will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi.

Will there be a complimentary airport transfer service provided?

Yes, complimentary airport transfers will be available for conference attendees from Sunday, September 1st to Thursday, September 5th. These transfers will be automatically arranged based on the arrival and departure flight details you provided during registration.

Yes, both events are mandatory for all conference delegates.

We have captured your dietary requirements through your registration and will work with the hotel to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the hospitality team.
