Airport Transfers
Complimentary airport transfers are offered from Sunday, September 1st, to Thursday, September 5th.
Enjoy a complimentary transfer from Phuket Domestic and International Airports to the Marriott Merlin Beach hotel for arrivals within the indicated dates.
Upon clearing immigration and customs, locate event staff holding up the conference sign in the arrival hall.
Inform them of your conference attendance and follow their guidance for the transfer service.
Airport Transfers
On Thursday, September 5th, complimentary airport transfers from the Marriott Merlin Beach to Phuket International and Domestic airports will be available throughout the day. The travel time to the airport is approximately 90 minutes.
For domestic flights: Transfers will depart 3.5 hours before your flight (includes 90 minutes travel time).
For international flights: Transfers will depart 4.5 hours before your flight (includes 90 minutes travel time).
Please proceed to the hotel lobby, where our event staff will be on hand to assist with your transfer.

You can pick up your conference badge at the hospitality desk during its operating hours. Please ensure you have your ID with you for verification. You are expected to wear your conference badge for the duration of the event.

The dress code is business casual. Please keep in mind that Phuket's weather can be hot and humid, so we recommend wearing lightweight and comfortable clothing.
